is located in the STEM Education Center (Bldg. 76). -
Hexapod Mobile Robot
Six-legged robotics platform has been designed
by team PreSept for agile obstacle avoidance. -

Dr. Joel Schipper
Associate Professor, Electrical Engineering
Dr. Schipper completed his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Dr. Schipper has been working with the Florida Poison Information Center to develop a knowledge-based system to aid in the timely diagnosis of exposures to unknown toxins.
