The Space Robotics Laboratory at ERAU Prescott
is located in the STEM Education Center (Bldg. 76). -
Hexapod Mobile Robot
Six-legged robotics platform has been designed
by team PreSept for agile obstacle avoidance. -

Fabrication
The Space Robotics Laboratory has numerous items to assist with the electrical and mechanical fabrication of robots. In addition to fully-stocked tool cabinet, the lab has a Grizzly 7" x 14" Benchtop Lathe and tooling, a Grizzly 4" x 18" Vertical Mill and tooling.
Students can rapid prototype robotic parts using the lab's MakerBot Replicator + and FormLabs Form 2 SLA printer.
Printed circuit boards are populated and other electrical connections can be made at the lab's soldering bench.
